Table Talks - fully registered!

Table Talks is designed for not-for-profits to explore, problem solve and connect in a supportive environment.

Sara Passmore will lead this Table Talk. Sara’s research explores what happens in community organisations when they partner with Government to deliver social services.

Government contracts are a significant source of revenue for community organisations. We know that service delivery contracts change how we deliver services, to whom, when and where. What we don’t know is the extent to which contracts affect the interpersonal dynamics within our organisations.

This Table Talk will focus on:

  • Public Service Motivation Theory and Agency Theory (the theoretical stuff)
  • Conversations we need to have at the board table (the practical stuff)
  • And, what we can do to keep our kaimahi engaged and motivated through significant change

Sara Passmore has over 15 years experience in project and programme management, and 10+ year’s experience in Senior Management in the charity and not-for-profit sector.

This online workshop is free to attend and brought to you by the team at Community Governance Aotearoa. The workshop duration is two hours, 12:00pm-2:00pm.

Numbers are limited to 25 for this Table Talk, fully registered now. Keep an eye out for future events!
