These videos were created by a group of organisations and community leaders to support people in board roles in community organisations. They are part of the National Action Plan for Community Governance.

Learn from experienced leaders

The National Action Plan for Community Governance has six main goals. One of the goals is that all boards are well chaired. These videos are online training sessions, designed for people who are new or aspiring to the role of Chair.

More than 30 experienced board Chairs contributed to the content for these videos. The leaders share what they wish they had known when they got their first Chair role. These videos will be back soon.
