Tuakana Teina stories: Prabha and Natalia

TTCMP Prabha and Natalia
Meet Prabha and Natalia from our Tukana Teina Chair Mentoring Programme.

The Tuakana Teina Chair Mentoring Programme has been designed to connect new and experienced chairs from across the community sector to benefit from ako (two-way learning) to enhance their skills and knowledge, contributing to better governance.

In this two-way interview we hear from Prabha Ravi (Tuakana) and Natalia Fareti (Teina) about the benefits of the programme, what they have learnt from one another and how “a real lived” experience is so valuable when chairing a not-for-profit. Natalia is the Chair of Wellington City Council Pacific Advisory Group.

Enjoy!
